Bulk & trade

Bulk packaging supplies

Trade pricing on commercial packaging bought by the case or the pallet. Pick a category to price up in bulk, request a quote, or open a trade account for consistent pricing on your regular lines.

Quick answer

Bulk packaging is commercial packaging bought by the case, the pallet or on a standing order instead of in single packs, priced against your volume rather than a single-unit rate. There's no fixed minimum — if you reorder the same lines regularly, it's worth a quote.

What counts as commercial packaging?

Commercial packaging is the packaging a business gets through as a running cost — boxes, mailing bags, tape, void fill, pallet wrap and labels — rather than the one-off retail packs you'd pick up for a single parcel. Buy those same lines by the case or the pallet and it becomes a bulk order, priced against your volume.

There's no fixed threshold for either. A seller reordering mailers every month and a warehouse taking pallets of stretch film are both volume buyers as far as pricing goes. Send us your lines, quantities and how often you reorder and we'll come back with delivered pricing and a realistic lead time.

Where buying in volume actually pays

  • Consumables you reorder — tape, pallet wrap, void fill and labels
  • A few standard box and mailer sizes used in volume, rather than a wide spread
  • Printed and made-to-order lines, where setup is spread across a longer run
  • Anything you currently buy in small packs several times a month

We source everything through our UK supplier network — the fast-moving lines quickly, the rest made to order — so you get one honest point of contact either way. We don't claim stock or delivery speed we can't meet.

Frequently asked questions

Is commercial packaging the same as bulk packaging?
Broadly, yes. Commercial packaging is the packaging a business gets through day to day; bulk packaging is that same range bought by the case or the pallet rather than in single packs. The difference is quantity and pricing, not the product.
How do I get bulk pricing on a specific category?
Open the category you need from the list above, then send your quantities through the quote form. We check supplier options for that line and come back with delivered pricing and a realistic lead time.
Can I mix categories in one bulk order?
Yes — most buyers take boxes, tape and something protective together. Put everything on one quote and we'll price it as a single delivery wherever the supplier route allows.
Do I need a trade account to buy in bulk?
No. You can request a one-off bulk quote at any time. A trade account is worth opening once you're reordering the same lines, because it keeps your pricing consistent and makes repeat orders quicker.

Not sure which to choose?

Tell us what you're packing and your quantities. We'll recommend the right option and price it for your order — sourcing anything beyond our core range through our UK supplier network.
