How we work

Honest packaging supply, explained

No phone number, no showroom, no inflated claims — just clear pricing, real product information and a straight answer on what we stock versus source. Here's exactly how buying from us works.

How our quote process works

Most orders beyond a few stocked packs start with a quote. It's free, quick and no-obligation.

  1. 1

You tell us what you need

Product or spec, quantity, and any deadline. A rough idea is fine — we'll ask if anything's unclear.

  2. 2

We check stock or supplier options

We confirm whether it's a stocked line or something we source to order through our UK supplier network.

  3. 3

We send pricing and a realistic lead time

By email, with pack sizes and any minimums. If we can't hit a deadline, we'll say so rather than guess.

  4. 4

    You decide — no obligation

Happy with the quote? We confirm the order and arrange delivery to your postcode. If not, no pressure.

Stocked, or sourced to order

We hold the fast-moving lines and source the rest through our UK supplier network — so you get one honest point of contact whether an item is on the shelf or made to order. We don't claim stock or delivery speed we can't meet.

How our quote & sourcing works

What we need to quote accurately

  • The product or a description of what you're packing
  • Internal size needed (or the item's dimensions)
  • Quantity, and whether it's one-off or repeat
  • Any deadline or delivery postcode
  • Material or spec preferences (e.g. recyclable, printed, food-safe)

Trade buyer checklist

Setting up regular supply? Have these to hand and we'll get you sorted faster.

  • Which lines you reorder, and roughly how often
  • Typical order size (packs, cases or pallets)
  • Whether you need consistent pricing or one-off volume
  • Any custom or printed items to source
  • Your delivery postcode and a contact for the account

Product data & availability notes

In stock

Held and sold online in the listed pack sizes, at trade pricing. Buy directly.

Sourced

Bought in to order through our supplier network, priced per order with a confirmed lead time.

Coming soon

Being added to the range — leave your email and we'll tell you when it lands.

Every product lists real dimensions and materials. Spec sheets are available on request for most lines, including food-contact information for food packaging — ask if you'd like to see a sample before a bulk order.

What we don't claim

We keep our claims to what we can actually stand behind.

  • We don't quote a phone number or shop address — we work by web form, email and call-back.
  • We don't promise guaranteed next-day delivery. Lead times vary by product and quantity.
  • We don't publish fixed stock counts — availability is confirmed with your quote or on the product page.
  • We don't show fake reviews, trust logos, accreditations or years-in-business we can't evidence.
  • We don't quote a price for bulk, custom or sourced items up front — those are priced per order.

Ready when you are

Browse the range and buy stocked lines online, or tell us what you need and we'll quote it — sourcing anything we don't hold through our UK supplier network.

How we work — FAQs

Why is there no phone number?
We handle enquiries by web form and email, with a call-back option, rather than a staffed phone line. It keeps quotes and orders documented and easy to track — and keeps our pricing sharp. Leave your number in any form and we'll call you back during business hours.
How long does a quote take?
Usually within one working day. Sourced or custom items can take a little longer if we're confirming options with a supplier — we'll tell you if that's the case.
Can I get a spec sheet before ordering?
Yes — spec sheets are available on request for most products, including dimensions, materials and, for food packaging, food-contact information. Just ask when you enquire.
What does 'sourced to order' actually mean?
Some lines we hold in stock; others — custom sizes, printed packaging and specialist items — we buy in to fulfil your order through our UK supplier network. You get one point of contact either way, and a lead time confirmed up front.
