Packaging for warehouses and fulfilment
What you'll need
Warehouses typically need cartons, pallet wrap, strong tape and void fill in consistent bulk volumes they can reorder without disruption.
Warehouses and fulfilment operations run on consistent, high-volume packaging: cartons, pallet wrap, tape and void fill flowing through pick and pack all day. Predictable supply and pricing matter as much as the products themselves.
Maximum Packaging supplies core lines online and handles higher volumes by quote. Through our UK supplier network we can source specific carton sizes, machine consumables and pallet materials to match how your operation runs.

Common buyer questions
What tape is best for heavy cartons?
Use a stronger vinyl or solvent polypropylene tape for heavy or double-wall cartons, or gummed paper tape for a tamper-evident, recyclable seal.
How much pallet wrap gauge do I need?
Light loads are usually fine with 17–20 micron film; heavier or sharp-edged loads need 23 micron or above. Pre-stretched film gives similar hold with less plastic.
How do I set up regular trade supply?
Open a trade account for consistent pricing on the lines you reorder, or request a bulk quote for one-off volume. We hold some stock and source the rest to order.
What packaging do I need for ecommerce orders?
A box or mailing bag sized to the product, void fill or bubble wrap so nothing moves, plus tape and a courier label. Right-sizing keeps postage and damage down.
